Women’s Ministry at QuadCity exists to help women grow as faithful disciples of Jesus who live out their faith at home, at work, and in every area of life. We believe women grow best when they pursue Christ together—encouraging one another, studying God’s Word, and walking alongside one another through every season of life.

Through monthly brunches, retreats, conferences, and small discipleship groups, women are invited to grow deeper in their faith, build meaningful friendships, and take intentional steps toward becoming the women God has called them to be.

WOMEN'S DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS

At QuadCity, Discipleship Groups exist to help us fulfill our mission of making more and better disciples of Jesus. Everywhere. Always.

These small, transparent groups are designed to reflect the close relationships we see in Scripture—like the intentional investment Jesus made with His closest disciples. More than just Bible studies, these groups focus on disciple-making: helping one another follow Jesus, be changed by Jesus, and join the mission of Jesus.

Discipleship Groups are gender-specific and typically consist of four to five people who commit to meeting regularly for intentional spiritual growth. Most groups meet for 18 months to three years, with the goal of multiplying into new groups so more people can experience the same kind of discipleship.

While each group may meet at different times and look slightly different, their purpose remains the same: to encourage one another, hold each other accountable, and grow in obedience to Jesus as we are transformed into His likeness.

WOMEN'S ONE-ON-ONE DISCIPLESHIP

We encourage women to pursue deeper spiritual growth through one-on-one discipleship using God’s Call to Obedience (CTO). In these relationships, a discipler walks with another woman through the CTO study, meeting regularly to study Scripture and apply God’s Word to everyday life while encouraging one another toward faithful obedience to Christ.
