Prayer

Prayer is central to the life of our church.

We believe God hears and answers prayer, and we are committed to seeking Him together as a church family. Prayer is how we depend on God, care for one another, and ask Him to move in our lives, our church, and our community.

Whether you need prayer or would like to pray for others, we would love for you to join us in this ministry.

WEDNESDAY PRAYER

Every Wednesday we set aside time as a church family to seek the Lord together in prayer. Our campuses are open throughout the day for anyone who would like to come and spend time praying—whether individually or with others.

Prayer is open from 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM at both campuses. You are welcome to come at any time, stay as long as you would like, and use the space for personal prayer or to pray with others.

MIDDAY PRAYER

At 12:00pm each Wednesday, one of our pastors leads a short time of guided prayer at both locations.

PRAYER TEAM

One of the most meaningful ways to serve our church family is through prayer.

Our prayer team regularly prays for the needs of our church, our ministries, and the prayer & praise requests that are submitted. If you have a heart for prayer and would like to be part of this ministry, we would love to connect with you.

PRAYER & PRAISE REQUESTS

Prayer is one of the most important ways we care for one another. If you have a prayer or praise request , our pastors and prayer team would be honored to pray for you.

WHY WE PRAY

Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
— James 5:16 —

Prayer is how we depend on God.

Throughout Scripture, God calls His people to seek Him in prayer. Prayer is how we express our trust in God, bring our needs before Him, and ask Him to move in our lives, our church, and our community.

At QuadCity, we believe prayer is not just a ministry—it is an essential part of following Jesus and living in dependence on Him.

Growing in prayer is part of growing as a disciple of Jesus.

Here are a few simple ways you can grow in prayer:
Pray regularly.
Set aside time each day to talk with God, bringing both your needs and your gratitude before Him.
Pray with others.
Join us for Wednesday Prayer or pray with others in your Life Group or Discipleship Group.
Pray for our church and community.
Ask God to continue making more and better disciples of Jesus. Everywhere. Always. starting right here at QuadCity.

If you need prayer today, you can fill out the Prayer Request form above, or give our office a call to speak with a pastor.
