If you sense a call to ministry and want to grow as a leader in the local church, the QuadCity Residency Program is one of the best ways to begin.

Our Residency is designed to help emerging leaders develop through real ministry experience, intentional mentoring, and leadership development within the context of a healthy church staff. Rather than simply filling a role, residents are invested in personally, spiritually, and practically as they prepare for long-term ministry.

Residents serve alongside our staff team, gaining hands-on experience, growing in character, leadership, and ministry competency, and developing a broad understanding of how the local church functions while developing their unique gifts for ministry.

This program is ideal for those who sense a calling toward vocational ministry, want hands-on experience in a local church, is coachable and eager to learn, and has a desire to grow spiritually while serving others

We believe the local church should be the primary place where future leaders are developed, and the Residency Program is one of the ways we invest in the next generation of ministry leaders.
