Hearing Assistance at QuadCity

Listen to the service directly through your phone and compatible hearing aids.
Currently available at our Prescott Campus.

STEP 1:

Download ListenWIFI App

Click for Apple iPhones

Click for Android Phones

Look for this logo:

STEP 2:

Open your phone’s Wi-Fi Settings and connect to:

Network: Hearing Aid
Password: quadcity

Once you’re connected, return to the ListenWIFI app.

STEP 3:

In ListenWIFI, select the available QuadCity audio channel.

Connect your hearing aids to your phone as you normally would, then adjust the volume to a comfortable level.

You’re all set!

You should now hear the service audio directly through your hearing aids.
