Here is what we can conclude from Jesus' letter to the church in Smyrna: Jesus isnt promising to pull you out of what youre facing, Hes promising to walk with you through it. To strengthen you in it. To give you a hope that even death cant touch. So dont quit. Dont walk away. Dont lose heart.
